What sizes do you stock?

We stock back sizes 28-42 and cup sizes D-K but as we grow, we look to increase more sizes and brands.

Why can I only find a few styles in my size? 

As a newly launched company, we pre-order popular sizes that customers were ordering on a regular basis. However, to make sure you don’t miss out, you can make use of our free personal service, which allows you to order a style you see on our site in your size. We will do all the work and contact the brand for you to get the size, which will then be delivered straight to your door. This means you don’t go without.

What types of bras do you stock?

We stock both padded and non-padded, ranging from T-shirt bras, strapless, balcony, full-cup and plunge bras.

What brands do you stock?

We stock award winning Freya, Elomi, Curvy Kate and Charnos.

Will you be introducing new brands?

Absolutely! As we grow we look to introduce new brands to the site to increase the size and choice variety so don’t worry, we have you covered. The more we grow, the more brands we can stock on our site.

Do you stock Maternity and Nursing bras?

No, we currently don’t stock maternity or nursing bras but we are looking into stocking them in the coming months. In the meantime, you can make use of our free personal service to order straight from the brands Freya and Elomi, which will be delivered to you within 7 working days.

How do I know if I am wearing the right size?

To maximise your comfort and fit, we have a dedicated page with three easy steps to measure yourself before you buy yourself a new bra. Best news is: no tape measure.

I am used to European / USA sizes, how do I know I am ordering the right size?

On each product page, there is a size chart of the right side of the page. Click on the tab, which says ‘size chart’ and it will show you the conversion measurements for Europe, America and Japan sizes. This is also available on our Fitting Guide page.

Can you order special sizes above a K cup? 

At the moment, no. We are looking into stocking bigger sizes but we need to ensure that they are excellent quality both support and style wise. We are currently working with a news publisher to correct an article that suggested we can pre-order sizes past a K cup. Apologies!

Does Mymilla custom make any sizes?

We hope one day we will but right now we are working with established brands whilst learning the ropes of the components that makes a great bra straight from the manufacturers. Again, this was a misquote in one of the articles that we are working to get changed (sorry).

Are my card details safe?

10000% yes! We use a secure payment gateway called Stripe, which only takes the necessary details to process the payment and the details taken are always encrypted to prevent fraud. This is also powered by Verified by Visa.

What if I don’t want to pay by card?

Good news! We also take PayPal payments. This option is available at checkout if you don’t want to use your card. 

I worry about my personal data being used by other companies?

We take Data protection seriously. So serious that we are registered and certified by the ICO (Information Commissioner Office), which governs and advises us on the way we protect your data. We only use your data for two things...processing your order and sending you our lovely newsletter.

What is the shipping process after I purchase my order? 

Once we receive your order, your items will be packed with love in our purple wrapping paper and packaged with your receipt, returns form and returns label in the bag. This will be sent via Royal Mail (always tracked and signed):

Next day delivery - 1pm Guaranteed *order by 3pm* (£6.45)

1st Class - 1 to 3 working days (£4.90) or free for orders over £40

2nd Class - 3 to 5 working days (3.95).

Once sent, you will receive an order confirmation with the tracking number for your order so you can trace your lovely parcel.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unworn bras and knickers* within 30 days of purchasing the item for a full refund. Please use our hassle-free get in touch form to inform us of the details regarding the return/exchange items. All packaging is resealable and a return label is included in the bag for you to stick in front of the package to be handed in to the Post Office. Please ensure you remove your address label or mark across it as the returns address is marked at the top-right hand corner or the packaging. 

All return/exchange items will be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange being approved. Refund payments can only be made to the original payee within 14 days of receiving the items. Exchanges can only be made out to the address on the original order.
